En el moment de presentar el document aquest no pot tenir m\u00e9s d&#8217;un mes d&#8217;antiguitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aportar l&#8217;<\/span><b>informe de vida laboral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0En el moment de presentar el document aquest no pot tenir m\u00e9s d&#8217;un mes d&#8217;antiguitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aportar el\u00a0<\/span><b>full del SOC\/DARDO.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la mateixa recepci\u00f3 de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 obligatori signar el full de\u00a0<\/span><b>Declaraci\u00f3 Responsable.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per poder mantenir la bonificaci\u00f3, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;assistir un m\u00ednim de 4 cops al mes.
